Dear guys, Whats up?,
We’re coming to an end of our first semester and I’m really happy to finish the first one positive. I have to admit that I was really lazy and had a problem in handing in assignments. But the next semester has to be the better or best one.
Days ago, it has started to snow in Salzburg, and now there’s tons of snow on the streets. If I was like 7 years younger, I would have loved it, probably. I guess I’m not really into it anymore.
Since there's not much me and my best friend can do right now, we decided to take a camera to the old town of Salzburg and take a few pics, I've added the two I like the most down below.

Its in the center of the city and in front of the Schloss Mirabell, where most of the people in Salzburg get married. There are a few different parts combined to one big garden, for example there is the “Zwergerlgarten”, the “Rosenhügel” and the “Orangeriegarten”.
There are also a few fountains spread all over the place and a playground for kids.
It’s a beautiful surrounding to take pictures, enjoy the nature, eat ice cream or just take a walk.
Barcelona is a city in Spain. I've been there twice. I really like Barcelona because my favorite soccer team is there, the FC Barcelona. The city is very beautiful too and I would love to go back.
The “Europark” is a shopping mall in Salzburg. Many
spend their time with friends there, since there are all kinds of stores,
including restaurants and the “Ikea”, which is right next to it. Salzburgs
soccer stadium is located only a few minutes away.
Since we´ve been having a lockdown for about 3 months now, i cannot do much despite being at home. I do, however, sometimes meet friends to play basketball or football. Assignments for school do take a lot of time each day, and when i finish them, i usually watch netflix
Hallo alle! Wir sind Molly und Caitlin. Mollys Lieblingsjahreszeit ist Sommer und Caitlins Lieblingsjahreszeit ist Herbst, aber wir lieben Winter auch! Winter in Peterborough ist sehr schön. Es ist sehr kalt und wir haben so viel Schnee. New Hampshire hat so viele Aktivitäten, die Spass machen. Caitlin liebt Skifahren und Heidi liebt Rodeln. Unsere Lieblingsdinge im Winter sind Schneetage! Das ist ein Tag, wenn wir keine Schule haben, weil die Straßen zu gefährlich sind oder das Eis Strom lahmlegt. Jedes Jahr bekommen wir 175 Zentimeter Schnee!!!!
Wir wohnen in Peterborough. Peterborough ist in New Hampshire. Peterborough ist ein süßes, kleines Dorf. 6,759 Leute wohnen in Peterborough. Nicht so viele! Peterborough ist 99 Quadratkilometer. In Peterborough, gibt es die erste öffentliche Bibliothek in den USA! Das ist so cool! Peterborough wurde 1760 gegründet. Es gibt 13 Kirchen in Peterborough. Peterborough hat ein Kino und ein Theater. Das Theater heißt “Peterborough Players”. Peterborough hat neunundzwanzig Restaurants. So viel fuer ein kleines Dorf! Das Stadthaus wurde 1918 gebaut. Peterborough ist ein sehr gutes Dorf. Wir freuen uns, dort zu leben! Und wir hoffen, dass ihr uns eines Tages besucht!

Today I want to show you a special place to visit in Salzburg. It is the called “Eisriesenwelt” which roughly translates to "World of the Ice Giants" in English. Basically, it's the largest a natural ice cave(about 26 miles or 42 kilometers) and is loacted close Salzburg. During the tour your receive an authentic old petroleum lamp and when they open the doors to the cave, a freezing wind hits you right in the face!
The tour-guide tells you the history of the cave and describes the special ice formations which change every year, so they look slightly different each time you visit. Here are some amazing pictures of it :)
Hey! So, we were asked to write about our favorite place in Salzburg. After thinking about it for a while, I came to the conclusion that my favorite place is on top of the "Untersberg"mountain which you can see in this picture.
To get to the top of it you either take the cable car or you hike up. Personally, I would choose to hike because it is really doesn’t take too long and the nature you see during your way up is beautiful.
When you get to the top you have a splendid view of Salzburg. When I have reached the summit of the Untersberg I felt relieved because I made it and probably because it was more exhausting than I previously thought it would be.
So here are some pictures from the top. Sadly, they were not taken from me.
Monadnock ist ein Berg in unserer Nähe. Es ist 965 Meter hoch. Das ist nicht super hoch, also es ist machbar für alle Leute. Monadnock ist sehr schön. Der Blick von der Spitze ist immer toll. Wenn ihr kommt, müsst ihr Monadnock besteigen. Es ist eine perfekte Aktivität in jeder Jahreszeit. Es ist immer schön im Winter auch nicht nur in Sommerzeit. 125.000 Leute besteigen es jedes Jahr. Das sind viele Leute für einen kleinen Berg in New Hampshire! Es ist der zweithäufigste bestiegene Berg in der Welt. Wir haben hier ein paar Fotos gemacht. Toll!
Dear guys,
I’m spending my time in this Lockdown trying to stay active. If I don’t have anything to do, I do the shopping. I have to admit that there are times where I’m just laying lazy in bed and watch “Malcom in the Middle”. Sometimes, I meet a friend to go for a nice walk around the City of Salzburg. I guess that’s pretty much it.
This is one of my favorite places in the Austrian Alps. It is located on a mountain and is absolutely stunning.
